1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 8s888 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered at 8s888.bet. These Terms apply to all areas of the platform including casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash and multiplier games, promotional offers, and any customer support interaction.

By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by logging in to an existing account, or by placing any wager on the platform, you represent and warrant that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment of your first interaction with the platform and remains in force for the duration of your use.

8s888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version was last updated.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to hold an 8s888 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of 8s888 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 8s888 or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are currently receiving treatment for, a gambling disorder that has led to a voluntary or compulsory exclusion arrangement with any licensed gambling operator.

8s888 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification to confirm player identity and age. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identity card (NID), a valid passport, or a driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 8s888 will result in restriction of withdrawal access until verification is complete.

If 8s888 discovers at any time that a player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out above — including but not limited to evidence of underage registration — the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any net winnings will be forfeited. Deposits made by ineligible players may be returned at 8s888's sole discretion after deduction of any administrative costs.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 8s888 platform. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If 8s888 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, address, payment method, device fingerprint, IP address, or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a mobile number registered in your name. You must not use aliases, pseudonyms, or false personal information. Any deliberate misrepresentation constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your 8s888 account and for keeping it confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 8s888 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any activity carried out using your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is deemed to be your responsibility until such time as you formally notify 8s888 of a security breach through official support channels.

3.3 KYC and Identity Verification

8s888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a player's activity triggers an internal compliance review, or at any other time deemed necessary. Accepted documents include:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered 8s888 account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as coming from a third party will be reversed and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 8s888 wallet in real time for all mobile financial services. Bank transfers may take up to 60 minutes during peak periods. 8s888 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same method and account used for the most recent deposit, subject to the balance available in the player's verified wallet. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 8s888 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for mobile financial services, though processing may extend to 24 hours during periods of high demand or where additional compliance checks are required.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. 8s888 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted when a player's account is under a compliance review will be held pending the outcome of that review.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable. Only real-money balances and winnings derived from real-money wagers (once any applicable wagering requirements have been met) are eligible for withdrawal.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

8s888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific offer) must be wagered in real-money games before any associated winnings become withdrawable.

• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through collusion, multi-accounting, coordinated low-risk wagering strategies, or any other form of bonus abuse will result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings, and possible permanent account closure.

8s888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified retain the terms under which the bonus was claimed, except where the modification is required by applicable law or regulatory guidance.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

6.3 System Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, the affected round or wager will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. 8s888 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from system errors. Players who believe they have been affected by a malfunction should contact support immediately via live chat.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8s888 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct — whether confirmed or reasonably suspected — will have their account suspended pending investigation and may face permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

• Multi-Accounting: Registering or using more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias or third-party identity.
• Fraudulent Identity: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, using another person's identity, or submitting forged or altered documents.
• Money Laundering: Using the 8s888 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from any unlawful activity, or to cycle funds through the platform for any purpose other than genuine gambling entertainment.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers through any strategy intended to circumvent wagering requirements, including but not limited to low-risk hedging, coordinated play with other accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Automated Betting: Using any bot, script, algorithm, or automated software to place bets, interact with games, or extract data from the platform without express written permission from 8s888.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker variants, coordinating live dealer bets, or any other form of collaborative cheating.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in bad faith, particularly where the deposit was genuinely made and wagered by you on the platform.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, or discriminatory language toward 8s888 staff or other players in any communication channel.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your 8s888 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to your nominated payment method. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including a self-exclusion request — please make this explicit in your communication. 8.2 Closure by 8s888

8s888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the player does not meet the eligibility requirements in Section 2.
• Reasonable suspicion of multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Any other circumstance that 8s888 reasonably considers to present a legal, regulatory, reputational, or financial risk.

Where an account is closed by 8s888 due to confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at 8s888's sole discretion. Where a closure is made for administrative or eligibility reasons without confirmed breach, any real-money deposit balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable administrative costs.
